The top grids and burners are crafted from enamelled cast iron, and the removable burners are controlled by reliable valves. Featuring a double crown burner cap, pilot light, and thermocouple, this range offers precise and efficient cooking.

The gas convection oven, is made of durable AISI 430 stainless steel, includes removable guides and a thermostat, perfect for accommodating 2/1 GN containers.
